My name is Julia Franckh, I am a business psychologist passionate about helping individuals who are stressed, uncertain or stuck, enhance their lives and build a balanced and sustainable lifestyle by implementing evidence-based strategies.
Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and in-house training I help individuals, teams, and organisations identify the root cause of the challenges they face and develop a concrete and tangible action plan to help overcome them.
My practice calls upon a broad range of holistic, interdisciplinary practices, as well as methods I’ve learned while pursuing my bachelors in cognitive science and my masters in social psychology, both completed at Brown University.

Through 1:1 coaching I help individuals make sense of their worries, fears, and current challenges. Together we will gain clarity over any confusion, define clear goals, and create an actionable plan to move towards them.
I specifically work with individuals who feel stuck, are in a period of transition, or are unhappy with certain areas of their lives. Through my coaching individuals receive valuable tools, perspective and motivation to move forward and make life-changing decisions.

I help companies improve their employees job performance, satisfaction, and retention rates. Specifically I focus on inter-generational differences and help teams overcome the challenges that come with them, allowing them to develop realistic long-term strategies.

Meditation is a way of altering your state of mind. Which is really just a way too fancy way of saying becoming aware of your thoughts, feelings, sensations, and surrounding environment on a moment-to-moment basis.
Whenever someone used to mention journaling I immediately was brought back to the pink diary with a little golden lock I used to have in middle school (cue voice over “Dear diary”… you get the point).
