Well-being at Work

The mental demands of work have drastically changed with longer hours and overwhelming workloads. That on top of having to deal with difficult colleagues, organisational politics and your own self-criticisms can take the excitement out of walking into the office.

In this workshop we’ll look at how to identify your stress triggers and how to deal with negative emotions as they come up at work. We will also identify effective strategies to find more value in the hours you spend at work, to feel less stressed and to create a better work-life balance.

In this workshop we will look at how to cope and thrive in during times of stress. We’ll go over practical stress-relief strategies that are easy to remember and can help you maintain confidence regardless of the situation you are facing.

In this workshop we’ll review practical strategies to feel more in control and less stressed in changing environments.
